By using this Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function and collect usage information. We do not display a separate cookie pop-up banner; instead, this section serves as our notice of the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of cookies as described here. You can withdraw that consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the opt-out options below.
Our Site uses the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential cookies that are necessary for the Site, the contact form, and the login area to function and to protect against spam and security threats. These are set by our website and by our security and anti-spam providers.
- Analytics cookies set through Google Analytics (connected via the Google Site Kit plugin) that help us understand how visitors find and use the Site. These cookies collect information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the Site.
- Third-party content cookies set when pages containing embedded third-party content load. For example, the embedded Google Map on our Contact page may set cookies and share data with Google when the map is displayed.
How to control cookies. Most web browsers allow you to refuse, block, or delete cookies through their settings, and to clear cookies that have already been stored. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers that help us operate and protect the Site. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy.
- Google (Google Site Kit / Google Analytics & Search Console): We use Google Analytics to measure and analyze Site usage. Google may collect your IP address, device information, and browsing activity through cookies. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Google Maps (embedded map): Our Contact page displays an embedded Google Map. When that page loads, Google may collect your IP address and set cookies in order to display the map and for its own purposes, in accordance with Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- CleanTalk (anti-spam): To filter spam submissions, information related to your form submission — including your IP address, email address, browser information, and the content you submit — is transmitted to CleanTalk's servers for evaluation against its spam database.
- Wordfence / Defiant, Inc. (website security): Our Site uses Wordfence to monitor for and block malicious activity. Wordfence processes IP addresses, login attempts, and traffic data to identify and prevent security threats, and may share threat-related data (such as the IP addresses of blocked attackers) with its security network.
- Activity logging: We maintain an internal log of administrative and user activity on the Site (including logins, IP addresses, and changes made within the website), primarily for security and accountability. This log is retained by us and is not used for advertising.
- Web hosting and email providers: Our hosting provider and email service provider process Site data and transmit contact-form notifications on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RMA, our clients, or others.
Data Retention
We retain contact-form submissions, location data, user-journey data, and activity logs for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the Site, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which the information is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data transmitted to and from the Site (SSL/TLS) and the security monitoring described above. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you
- Opt out of analytics tracking as described in the Cookies section above
- Decline to provide information through the contact form (though we may then be unable to respond to your inquiry)
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
